Hatty Hattington

Hatty Hattington

Aside from being a handsome gentleman, he was the best friend with the hundreds of friends on the SS Friendship. After the shipwreck, Hatty was forced to put on a red, glowing top hat which made him the leader of the cats, however this hat eventually reduced him to a vegetable like state. After acquiring the top hat, it seems to the other friends that he is directly betraying them, which deeply confused and troubled them. This concept of Hatty Hattington betraying all of his friends is the driving force of the entire plot, so It is best to end here.

Purrham Furbottom

Purrham Furbottom

Purrham Furbottom, while not seen alive in the game, gives some insight to the story. The hat which he wears in his pictures is the same which Hatty wears throughout the game. Purrham is always seen with a smile on his face and a cane in hand. He was a self-made millionaire, who lived in the year 17059-ish (according to the narrator). With his great wealth, he constructed BattleBlock Theater, which staged explosions and dancing girls! Dancing girls who exploded! Exotic animals! [and] Exotic animals who exploded! which turned quite the profit. However, because he hated intermissions, he ate buttery popcorn all day long, which took a toll on his bowels, as he pooped himself to death on the way to the bathroom.
